Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at BuDhaGirl! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a tiered return policy depending on when you request your return.

Return Windows & Eligibility

Returns within 14 days of receipt (Refunds): You may return any unused and unopened product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns between 15 and 30 days of receipt (Store Credit/Exchange): If you request a return between 15 and 30 days of receipt, you may return unused and unopened products for store credit or exchange only. Refunds will not be issued for returns requested during this period.
Sale Items: All items bought during a sale event are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at journey@budhagirl.eu.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return via email, as they will not be accepted.

(Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.)

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty Returns (Defects after 30 days): BuDhaGirl will happily honor valid warranty claims for manufacturing defects.

Eligibility: Claims must be submitted after 30 days of receipt and are valid for up to 1 year.
Process: Upon receipt of items for a warranty claim, please allow us 7 days to process the claim.
Resolution: Once a warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive either a replacement item (if available) or store credit (if the product is unavailable or discontinued).

Exceptions / Non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Sale Items: All sale items are final sale.
Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Perishable/Custom/Personal Care: We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, or hazardous materials.

Exchanges: If you fall within the 15-30 day window, exchanges will be processed based on availability. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your store credit or new payment method.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds & Processing Time: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund or store credit was approved.

Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once we receive it at our facility.
Refunds (0-14 day returns): If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of processing. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Store Credit (15-30 day returns): Store credit will be emailed to you within 3 business days of processing.

Retail Partner Returns: BuDhaGirl products purchased with our retail store partners must be returned to or exchanged at the respective store where the original purchase was made. The store’s return policies will then apply to your purchase.
