2. PRICE AND PAYMENT

2.1. Prices: All prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in France. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout. 2.2. Payment: Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods indicated at checkout. 2.3. Retention of Title: The products remain the property of ZEN COLLECTIVE FRANCE until full payment of the price has been received.

3. ORDER PROCESS

By clicking the "Pay Now" (or equivalent) button at checkout, you place a binding order for the items in your cart. A contract of sale is concluded when we send you an order confirmation via email.

4. DELIVERY

4.1. Shipment: Products are shipped from our facility in Paris, France. 4.2. Risk Transfer: The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. For the purpose of verification, physical possession is deemed to have occurred once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by you at checkout.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU LAW)

In accordance with EU Consumer Law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Withdrawal Period: Expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

  • Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs if you chose a non-standard delivery method).

  • Return Cost: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our Paris address:

6. COMMERCIAL RETURN POLICY (BUDHAGIRL PERK)

In addition to your legal rights above, BuDhaGirl offers an extended return window:

  • 15-30 Days: Returns requested between 15 and 30 days after receipt are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange only.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

7. LEGAL GUARANTEES (MANDATORY IN FRANCE)

Independently of any commercial warranty we may offer, all products sold are subject to the Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and the Warranty against Hidden Defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

Your Rights under the Legal Guarantee of Conformity:

  • You have a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to take action.

  • You can choose between the repair or replacement of the good, subject to cost conditions provided by Article L.217-12 of the Consumer Code.

  • You are exempt from proving the existence of the lack of conformity during the 24 months following the delivery of the good.

Commercial Warranty: In addition to the legal guarantees above, BuDhaGirl offers a 1-Year Commercial Warranty against manufacturing defects, as detailed in our Returns Policy. This does not replace your legal rights.

8. DISPUTES AND MEDIATION

8.1. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of France. 8.2. Mediation: In the event of a dispute, you have the right to have recourse to a consumer mediator (Médiateur de la consommation) for the amicable resolution of the dispute, in accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code. 8.3. Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
